The Artist
I have always loved my job as an interior designer and I do it with a lot of passion. A few years ago I leaned towards paintings, specifically acrylic on canvas, creating sketches, capturing ideas that resulted in the launch of my line of works of art and hand-painted cushions (2015) together with Vinicio Castillo, renowned Dominican painter, Called “Vinicio Castillo for Scarlett”.
About a year ago, I started to make small sketches again, but this time I dared to take the brush and let my imagination flow creating my first work of art.
The Painting that is in the background in my photo is one of them, I have been showing some on @scarlettreyesinteriors which is my professional page as an interior designer and I recentlyopened a page to specifically show you my paintings and a selection of wallpaper under the name of @Wallinteriordecor.
I can only tell you that “It is fascinating to express your ideas, your emotions through colors, brushes and textures”.
