OUR INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS

We bring a project management approach to the process of making your home beautiful and functional. You can relax knowing that we will provide leadership and oversight over your entire design-build project.

MEETING

If you are interested in our services, the next step is to fill in your contact information and briefly describe your project. Once received, we will contact you to schedule a preliminary telephone interview, which will last approximately 15 minutes. During this call, we will discuss your needs and expectations to determine how we can best assist you.

Please note that we ask for a consultation fee which will be credited to your account if you decide to continue with our service. This design process is the first step in bringing your project to life, and we are pleased to be able to work with you on this exciting process.

2.

FIRST VISIT

After reaching an agreement, the next step is to schedule a visit to get to know the area and evaluate the spaces and/or the scope of the work. During this meeting, we will focus on learning about your expectations and discussing your style. In short, it will be an opportunity to introduce ourselves, discuss your likes, needs and preferences.

After the completion of the visit, we will furnish you with an initial quotation that aligns with the charges for the services requested.

3.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Our design team focuses on creating a unique and personalized experience for each client. Our conceptual design proposal will include 3D renderings that will allow you to visualize what the final space will look like. We will also provide samples of materials and finishes so that you can select the ones that best suit your tastes and needs.

If you need to make any modifications, our team will be happy to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you are completely satisfied with the end result before moving on to the next step in the process.

4.

BUDGET

Once our design has been approved, we meet with contractors and suppliers to develop a quote that suits your requirements and needs. In our proposal, we include our preferred contractors as it is critical for us to have a working relationship with them, allowing us to be familiar with their personalities, work ethic, talents, and experience, which in turn allow us to provide you with a more satisfying experience.

However, we wouldn’t object to working with any contractors of your choice; however, we consider it important to know the staff and their way of working to ensure a fast and perfect delivery.

EXECUTION & INSTALLATION

We are proud to carry out the execution and installation of all the necessary elements to make your interior design project a reality. Our highly trained team will handle the installation of all furniture and accessories according to the specifications of the approved design, making sure that everything fits perfectly with the space and style of your space.

We are committed to making your home the place you have always imagined, working with dedication and meticulousness to ensure that every detail meets your expectations and our quality standard. We make sure that the execution and installation is carried out with efficiency, punctuality and respect for your space.
