Processing and Delivery Times
We will process your order and initiate the production process within 7 business days from the confirmation of your payment. Our handmade and/or customized items require additional production time as they are carefully created, taking special attention to your preferences. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time at the time of placing your order. Orders with available items will be shipped within 7 business days from the confirmation of your payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee exact times due to external factors and unforeseen circumstances. Please note that production time may be extended during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays occur, we will communicate with you to provide updates and resolve any inconveniences. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process and will depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
